My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern amenities like a nice-sized flat-screen HD TV and a convenient pods coffee machine. However, some of the rooms showed signs of wear and tear, with water damage in the ceiling and missing door handles. The staff wasn't effective at managing non-guests during a busy event, resulting in some disturbances and even pool mishaps. Despite these issues, I found my room cozy and well-equipped.
I had a quick and smooth check-in process, but the room didn't have enough towels, coffee, or toiletries for everyone. Despite this, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The hotel had friendly and efficient service. The location was perfect for a business trip in the high-tech company area, though parking for larger vehicles was challenging. The dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms definitely need renovation and better cleaning service, I found the staff to be amazing - professional, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The location was convenient for access to Levi's Stadium and San Jose, but the parking situation was a bit challenging for larger vehicles. The dining options were a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price, but the service overall was friendly and accommodating.
